Dedication of employees is very important and very valuable.  Dedicated employees:

• Volunteers to lend a helping hand in time of need
• Willing to stay late and work during weekend as needed

It’s a crazy competitive world out there, and we cannot afford to have employees who aren’t cutting in.  They are going to be a virus destroying the dedicated ones.  There are 7 kinds of people not worth keeping, you have to get rid of them sooner rather than later:

·         Troublemaker

·         Over-promise and under-deliver

·         Act out with customers

·         Can’t or won’t do the job

·         Flake (look the part but, can’t be counted to get the job done)

·         Entitled (half their mind is on the job and the other half is just waiting for someone to slip up so that they can whine and complain)

·         Ignore conduct
