Boost Your Way to Happiness

1.    Daydream
·         Step out of yourself and give you a little boost, refresh the brain and make you smile.

2.    Let it go
·         Hanging on to those little niggles means adding up bad temper, and it just won’t make any difference expert for upsetting yourself.

3.    Laugh at yourself
·         Have a goof giggle, and don’t take yourself too seriously.

4.    Do something self-indulgent.
·         Whatever tickles your fancy, do it
·         A little self-spoiling goes a long way to feeling good.

5.    Be Selfish.
·         Focus on your own path in life.
