Sometimes it’s smarter to beg forgiveness than ask permission
Catherine Spencer (2006); Harlequin Mills & Boon; Bertoluzzi’s Heiress BrideDiscipline is good. To follow rules and regulations are also good. But being too good at enforcing them may not be the best practice.
In the day to day dealings that we do, there's always human involve. No matter how advance the technology is, there's always human behind it. To deal with human is actually dealing with the heart and feelings...which is not that straight forward and not very easy.
It is so in human management. To manage all that hearts and feelings, there's a lot that have to be considered than just implementing and enforcing rules and regulations. Too much of those will lead to making those you managed will try to find ways and means to avoid being punished. Thus the best way there is not by asking permission since it may not be granted because of the rules and regulations, but just do it and beg for forgiveness.....smart ehhhh?
