Home – Work
·      Effective time management
·      Create time for family
·      Inadequate time management could lead to function between work and family
·      Carry family along with work
o  Get them involve
o  Win throe support
·      Make adequate provisions for family‘s comfort.
·      Remember :
o  It’s easier to set another job than to get another family.
Socials – Home
·      Home still comes first
·      Let family know your friends.
·      Caution on the opposite sex.
·      Build in celebrations into home (anniversaries, birthdays)
·      Take family out (dinner, holidays).
Office  - socials
·       Jon is priority over social activities.
o   Do not socialize at the expense of work.
