Love doesn’t always follow reasoning

Not all of us find it easy to bury things so deep that people can’t see them,

or feel the need to try

What child ever does know their parents as people?

No matter what else they may be,

or may have been through,

we only ever see them as our parents. 

Any place has its good and it’s bad.

It’s what each individual makes of it that decides whether or not it’s home to them

Not every child wants the life style their parents chooses for them.

We all have to find our own place in the world eventually 

Sometimes the most obvious solution is what it takes us the longest to find  

…beauty is just an outer thing;

it fades with time.

What’s inside matters more and

that’s why everybody should strive to be beautiful as a person  

Love doesn’t always follow reasoning;

sometimes it’s just there.

And it’s up to the person to decide

whether or not they trust it enough to try it.

Just as many people fall for people they wouldn’t ordinarily look twice at,

don’t have anything in common with and

yet they’re a perfect match.

Live happily ever after despite the odds

No parents gets it right 100% of the time,

no matter how hard they try.

Everything they do and say is meant for the best
