SEXISM OR CONFIDENCE

According to Kathy Hay and Claire Shipman, the 2 Americans TV anchors and authors of The Confidence Code working women's lack of self esteem is the cause of workplace inequality across every industry.  there still exist sexist employers paying 2 people in the same role different amounts simply because one has a willy.

it's not women who need to change or gobble a confidence pill, but workplace culture and underhand recruitment policies.  There is no code for confidence but creating a culture that values women starts it.
