If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.
Frank A. Clark

If achieving goals were easy, everyone would do it quickly and without difficulty.  There are always obstacles in the path.  It’s the journey of clearing those obstacles that makes life rich, and helps people feel truly accomplished when they finally reach their pinnacle of success.

Understand the 3 Flavors
External Obstacles
obstacles outside of your control such as the economy, natural disasters, physical limitations, and the political climate
Internal Obstacles

Habitual Obstacles
Obstacles that reflect how people get in their own way. They can only be removed with behavioral change.
