According to Datuk Zafrul, engagement is time-consuming and it’s not something that you can do in 10 minutes.  He spends some time with senior management outside the office and it’s important in those sessions they do not talk about work.  It’s just to networking and bonding session.  Zafrul is one who likes to do his work and be focused.  He doesn’t like to argue because result will speak for itself
