Learning From Past Mistake

The upcoming resolution comes from learning things
the hard way. It’s easy to look at
things in hindsight and wonder why things are not done differently. But sometimes, it’s only when something is
done “wrong” during the journey, that you discover what’s right.
The important theme in business is not to repeat
the same mistake, no matter how important they were at the time to help us
grow. The challenge is whether we act on
the new found knowledge and make the change.
Saying “no” to certain scale project meant facing
up much needed time. To create the space
for change we need to recognize the priorities and not doing the same thing
over and over and expecting a different result.
Even though some projects maybe the bread and butter of the business, we
need to be selective, discipline and boundaries to be able to set proper time
aside to grow.
