NEVER JUDGE

No matter who you are,
how experienced you are,
and how knowledgeable you think you are,
always delay judgement.

Give others the privilege to explain themselves.
What you see may not be the reality.
Never conclude for others.

We should never only focus on the surface and judge others without understanding them first:
  • Those who like to pay the bill,                                                                                                      do so not because they are loaded,                                                                                                but because they value friendship above money.

  • Those who take the initiative at work,                                                                                          do so not because they are stupid,                                                                                                but because they understand the concept of responsibility.

  • Those who apologize first after a fight,                                                                                          do so not because they are wrong,                                                                                              but because they value the people around them.

  • Those who are willing to help you,                                                                                              do so not because they owe you any thing,                                                                                  but because they see you as a true friend.

  • Those who often text you,                                                                                                            do so not because they have nothing better to do,                                                                      but because you are in their heart.

  • Those who take out time to chat with you,                                                                                does not mean they are jobless or less busy,                                                                                    but they know the importance of keeping in touch.

One day, all of us will get separated from each other;
  • we will miss our conversations of everything & nothing;3
  • the dreams that we had.

Days will pass by, months, years, until this contact becomes rare...

One day our children will see our pictures and ask 'Who are these people?'
And we will smile with invisible tears because a heart is touched with a strong word
and you will say:
'IT WAS THEM THAT I HAD THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE WITH'.

FIND A DELICATE BALANCE

Life is not a dress rehearsal.  You should embrace each day with enthusiasm, curiosity and energy.  This spirit will drive business success and inspire us to do some wonderful work through non-profit foundation.

Parent support plays an important factor as they instilled valuable core principles.  They taught us that life is a gift and to live lives without regret.  The most important lesson taught is to treat people with respect and fairness.

With all the valuable core principles instilled, we still need to find a delicate balance between confidence and humility, ambition and care for others.  We need more than just ambition and self-confidence.  Humility and the belief that you can make the world a better place is just as important

GETTING BACK UP AFTER A FALL

Image result for clipart falling
All of us faced all sort of physical obstacles along the way.  Sometimes it takes a great perseverance, solidarity and mental clarity to get through the adventure.  But, the toughest obstacle is the one that is inside our own heads.

Most people consider others to be their toughest opponents.  Reality is that there is no tougher foe than yourself.  Only you yourself can determine the height you want to reach and putting the right mind set to reach the goals.

It’s all about believing that you can grow through both failure and success. Remaining positive about your own abilities will enable you to chalk up losses as valuable experiences and get back on your feet.  It will be easier to forgive yourself and more on.  You can also be your own biggest supporter.

Growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone, and the truly extraordinary happens when you do it with the support of others.

TEAMWORK: DEFYING THE ODDS

Image result for clipart football success
Leicester’s stunning success in clinching the English Premier League title is a testament to amazing accomplishments that can be realised when a group of like-minded individuals get together and decide their aspiration are not going to be impeded by conventional wisdom.

Successful teams take chances; they jointly determine whether an idea is workable.  Some of the few success factors of Leicester City, as stated by the team’s Vice Chairman:

1.   Treat the players like people not expensive commodities.
2.  Management give their time to the staff, the players and the manager.
3.   Manage the team like a family
4.   Listen to the problems of every single member of staff

Rather than focussing solely on shareholder value, look after your people’s interest and keep them engaged and feeling appreciated.  In turn, they will do a better job of taking care of your customers and your shareholders will also be happy.
