All of us
faced all sort of physical obstacles along the way. Sometimes it takes a great perseverance,
solidarity and mental clarity to get through the adventure. But, the toughest obstacle is the one that is
inside our own heads.
Most people consider others to be
their toughest opponents. Reality is
that there is no tougher foe than yourself.
Only you yourself can determine the height you want to reach and putting
the right mind set to reach the goals.
It’s all about believing that you
can grow through both failure and success. Remaining positive about your own
abilities will enable you to chalk up losses as valuable experiences and get
back on your feet. It will be easier to
forgive yourself and more on. You can
also be your own biggest supporter.
Growth happens when you step out
of your comfort zone, and the truly extraordinary happens when you do it with
the support of others.
