HOW TO SURVIVE THROUGH ROUGH TIMES

Bad things happen to good people.  Studies show that when something bad happen, some people are sometimes haunted by dark emotions that include guilt and fear of recurrence.  Guilt is a tricky emotion because it’s often irrational.  You wonder if you should have done something different. A fear of recurrence can also overwhelm us, especially if we were physically hurt.

·         Share how you feel and ask for support

·         Good sources of support are NGOs
