Think of someone you love

Focus on their terrific qualities

Think of something about them that’s less than
perfect

Examine yourself; Instead of despairing over those
imperfections, embrace them as part of who you are

RECOGNISE THAT DARK WHISPER
o
All of us develop patterns of thought that run
on in the backs of our mind
o
This voice is a part of our inner selves, and
we can change what it says
o
Identify what trigger the thoughts
o
Lookout for it the next time
o
Force your thoughts away from that nasty whisper
and into something positive
