VIEWS: WHY WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO INNOVATE

We have no choice but to innovate. Innovation is tangible and visible. Technology may achieve either objective or you may change your processes to get better results.
Innovation happens when you create new values end users find desirable. Innovation is creating something of a greater value by combining two or more items that already exist. Innovation is not just about technology or products, it includes business models.
Innovation is about achieving the best that man is capable of by removing inefficiency and waste. Its about maximizing human potentials. If we want better results we have to think and work differently. You either keep innovating or you parish.
Change can only come when we decide to stop being armchair critics and take action. Its dead easy to critic and find fault with what others are doing. But if its all you do, nothing is going to improve. The challenge is to be part of the solution, not the problem.
