THE 'TEAMWORK' LESSONS LEARNED FROM: RISE OF THE GUARDIANS

Produced by DreamWorks Animation
Distributed by Paramount Pictures
Released on November 21, 2012

The story is about the journey of a boy named Jack Frost and The Guardians in finding who he really is, and the fight they fought against Pitch Black, the Bogeyman.  The guardians consist of:
-Santa Claus
-Tooth Fairy
-Easter Bunny
-Sandman
-Jack Frost, the newest member

They hand to fight against the rising of Bogeyman Pitch Black.  The battle begins when Pitch Black starts putting fear in the children’s dream, and thus causing them to stop believing in wonders and hopes.  They first took the 4 great steps in team bonding that are:
                                                     i.                Group together
                                                   ii.                Understanding the situation
                                                 iii.                Know why each exist
·         -as individual
·         -as a team
                                                 iv.                Understanding mission:
‘To keep Wonders, Hopes and Dreams of Children alive’

The journey begins when the children found that the tooth they put under their pillow was not taken by the tooth fairy.  That was when Tooth Fairy found that the baby tooth fairy was kidnapped by Pitch Black.  The tooth needs to be taken as the fairies keep memories along with it.
Note: we need memories to really understand who we are and what makes us today, and why we are the chosen one.

When baby tooth fairies were taken away by Pitch Black along with the tooth and memories, the Guardians team up to help Tooth Fairy take the entire tooth from under the children’s pillow.  Thus making the children still believe in Wonders, Hope and Dreams.

When last, they stumbled together to take the one last tooth from a boy, the boy came awake and saw every each one of the Guardians except Jack Frost.  Thus begins the search for who he really was while they fight against Pitch Black.
