How To Get To The Top In Your Work….

We now live in the age when young people and graduates in particular, feel entitled to enter the workforce with a well-paid role.  They may be missing out on some valuable basic experience and opportunity to pick up some lifelong workplace skills.

Young people know that paper rounds, Saturday jobs in tea shops, summer jobs in shops etc., enables previous generations to learn about the discipline of getting up in the morning, customer service and being part of the workplace.

According to Gary Browning, CEO at Global HR Services group Penna Plc, starting at the bottom does not mean you have to stay there and young people should see every opportunity as a learning opportunity.
