Making
decision to leave an employment carries much weight with it. Even so its imperative to not make any impulsive
decisions based on situations that unnerve your emotions. Consider both the positives and negatives
before deciding to leave an organization.

you should try to answer before deciding on whether leaving is the best
options:
- How is your relationship with your immediate boss?
- Does the work you do reward you emotionally and financially?
- How is the organization’s culture?
- Is the organization you work for ethical?
- Are you still passionate about your work?
- Have you out grown your organization?
- Are the team’s relationships healthy?
- Is the work stressful?
- Are you performing?
