PROTOCOL
It’s important to follow protocol especially in a high-context
society. Always respect the elders and
those up the hierarchy ladder. Young generation
finds it difficult understanding why the need of such protocol. Too much protocol will create barriers which
will further lead to things such as communication barriers, distancing, and in
the end a leader without followers.
