DENNIS MOMENTS IN LIVE 3: NUTRITION




WHAT THE BODY NEEDS

  • Drink lots of water; for every 25kg of weight, the body needs 1 liter of water
  • Do not eat more than what is needed
  • Do not eat after 8pm
  • Walk at least 8,000 steps a day
  • Have enough rest and sleep
  • Eat your veggies
  • Eat to live, not live to eat
