WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE SOMEONE

When you need to change someone, or change the procedures, or change the organization or even change the mindset, the main thing is communication.  Change needs loads and loads of communication.  Most change fail because communication was not as it’s supposed to be.  And guess what? The best communicator is the top management and of course the person or division in-charge.
