Technology
and know-how may give you an edge, but don’t overlook the importance of people
in the equation. IT’S a small world and you
should always ensure that relationships are maintained, and things are kept
cordial even when there are disagreements.
People
are a vital link in any endeavor. Loh appreciates
every business connection he makes and tries to ensure that everybody feels
invested. Communication is vital. He makes sure that everyone feels they are
part of the team. a company would only
be able to move forward with everyone’s support.
The
only things that matter in life are your relations to other people. Chris Peterson, one of the founding fathers
of positive psychology, says ‘other people matter’ too. Here are three reasons why:
1. Makes you a more whole person
2. You should see the world from
their perspective
3. They need you too
