Disruption has been as
buzzword in the business world. It’s
much more than a catch phrase. Companies
that are described as being disruptive to the status quo are led by
entrepreneurs who:
·
Take risk
·
Trust their
instincts
·
Reject the
way that things are supposed to be done
Entrepreneurs who pin
their hopes on overly complex idea tend to forget that age old truism:
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated
The best solution are
·
Breakdown
and simplify the problem and,
·
Making the
solution obvious
Simplicity allows for the removal of obstacles to
disruptive thinking. Red tape and
overzealous micromanagement overcomplicate business and can significantly slow
disruption and progress.
Straight
forward change led to a rise in innovation and disruption in the industry. Disruptive companies also reduce complexity in
customers’ lives. Remember simplicity is
bliss
