5 key health problems due to lack of sleep

             A good night’s sleep is as important to our health as diet and exercise.  It refreshes us, helps us perform better and contributes significantly to health and happiness.

Link to colds and flus
-           The less sleep you get, the weaker your immune          system is, leaving it less able to fight off colds, flu      and other infections

-           Sleeping > 6 hours per night and have disturbed          sleep
-           48% greater chance of developing or dying from           heart diseases
-          15% greater chance of develop or dying from stroke

-          When sleep deprive, the body almost immediately       develops condition that resemble insulin resistance      of diabetes
