            People need the right attitude, skill and knowledge to do the job.  Research found that people learn in different ways:

·         45-65 learn by seeing and reading

·         25-35 % learn by hearing

·         15-25 learn by doing

            One-to-group development still has a very important role to play.  Participants can learn from one another.  Whatever is the delivery method used, learning should be:

-          Appropriate to the individuals

-          Appropriate to the hole

-          Planned

-          Discusses to agree goals and outcomes

-          Well executed

-          Reviewed, outcomes should be frequently checked

 

The three (3) things to do:

1.         Deal with negativity fast, firmly, yet with empathy

2.         Use learning that’s appropriate he individual

3.         Optimize the use of the best of low-cost, no-cost methods backed up with expert in the classroom for certain topics
