·         Receiving a well-thought induction plan

-          Easy-to-digest notes about organization, it’s values

-          The legal stuff (e.g. contract)

-          Company’s newsletter

-          Diary dates

·         Team members dropping a welcome email

·         Joining the department’s / company’s event

 

Three (3) things to do to start clocking Big E:

1.         Send through a well thought out induction plan and include some fun stuff

2.         Send information before people join so they can hit the ground running

3.         Provide a pre-work challenge to get people involved immediately and signal your            achievement culture
