(1) Focuses their attention on achieving the coachees outcomes.
(2) Negotiates how the client wants feedback.
(3) Uses high impact questions (HIQs).
(4) Gets themselves out of the way and releases any value judgements.
(5) Has excellent personal mental/emotional state control and great behavioural flexibility.
(6) Is fully present and listens with full attention.
(7) Believes that everyone has the inherent abilities and resources they need to succeed.
