16. Team Dynamics and having fun
If people feel happy and enjoy their
work, they’ll be more motivated and productive.
For teams to work well together, people have to understand one another’s
motivation. The fast track to understand
team dynamics is using psychometrics. Or
you could have honest conversations with the new people.
People will work better if they like each other. Diversity will enhance the organization. The key thing to look for is people who are sociable
and fun. Team dynamics can be enhanced
by having fun. The balance key is-‘work
hard, play hard’.
