EASY TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT



 
1.         Eat your breakfast
          Feeding your body when you wake up, jumpstarts your metabolism and allows the body to start brewing energy right from the get go.

2.         Eat slowly and you’ll eat less
          It takes a while for the body to recognize that is has had enough food.
          Therefore take smaller bites.
          The slower you eat, the fuller you’ll feel.
          Give enough time for the body to tell the brain that you are full.

3.         Drink plenty of water
          Calorie intake can be easily reduced by drinking plenty of water.
          It will help to break down food more easily as the process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently.
          Water will keep you healthy and hydrated.
          Helps improve endocrine disorders as well as tissue and organ system dysfunction.

4.         Get some exercise
          Exercise is your best friend when committed to losing weight.
          It’s about burning calories and helps improve your resting metabolism.

5.         Reward yourself
          Reward yourself for each kilogram you’ve lost.
