Tips on how to protect and maintain liver health:
1. Eat right and exercise
    - balanced diet rich in different vegetables, fruits and proteins is important
    - excess carbohydrates and fats can cause fat deposits in liver
    - eat small meals through out the day

       - less taxing on liver
    - don't forget to exercise
