To make a difference, we must build trust.  Need to move at the people’s pace and the process cannot be rushed.  Barefoot Leaders develop their leadership capacity through deliberate practice and it requires a fierce resolve to act:
1.         Practice Growth Mindset – Develop your intelligence.
2.         Practice With A Coach – Pick good coaches.
3.         Practice Slowly And Deliberately – Improve existing skills

HEART:            SAVOUR JOY
Take time to savour joy.  Savouring joy is an attitude of the heart:
1.         Savour Joy In Daily Life
2.         Savour Joy In The Rough And Tough
3.         Savour Joy In Your Own Life





CHAPTER 7 AND 8
DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND LOVE WHAT YOU DO
 ART:     DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Look for what we love doing.  Finding what we love doing
1.         Takes a long gestation
2.         Requires a discernment Process
3.         Needs a leap of faith
 HEART:                        LOVE WHAT YOU DO
Loving what you do involves the calculated decisions to act out of love even when the situation does not warrant it.  The choice to love what you do will shape your attitude and heart.  Do it by
1.         Loving the small things you do
2.         loving the people around you
3.         loving taking ownership
