The laughter boosts cardiovascular fitness
by lowering blood pressure and heart rate. It also reduces muscle tension and pain
feelings, stimulates blood flow, increases the activity of the immune system
and antibodies, reduces levels of hormones that create stress, and create a
general sense of well-being.
Laughter has the same effects as doing
exercise, which increases endorphins, a natural Prozac to relieve tense
motions, anger, and guilt and enhance self-esteem. Humor links with health. Joking and laughter are buffers against mental
strain. Humor brings evolutionary
advantage to reset the mind and give a fresh re-start to face the undesirable
circumstances.

Laughter releases anger, improves ability
to keep panic and anxiety under control, keeps a more positive frame of mind,
deals with the un expected, keeps perspective, increases sense of wellbeing,
joy, increases creative thinking abilities, improves communication skills, and bear
