few tips to manage stress in life:
drink
plenty of water every day (hydrate the body)

at least 2 litres of water every day. It
is must be water and not coffee, or tea.

not slouch. The body functions more
efficiently being erect. Slouch position
brings along a poor attitude.

One
easiest way of exercising is walking. Walk
around the block; walk with friends, etc.

every twenty minutes do some stretching in your chair to improve the blood
circulation, especially the arms and legs.

your work and your life (this includes financially too)
Make
much defined separation between work and home. Enjoy life at home and start your evening with
a different perspective completely disconnected from work.

enough rest
It
is importance to replenish the energy level for another day of activity. It is necessary to get the right amount of
sleep. Do not cut short your sleeping
hours. A nap during the day is very
recommendable. A nap should not take
more than a few minutes. Extended naps will
create a depressing and tiring feeling.
