Joy.....

 Joy, like a river, flows through us and around us every day.  If we do not pause to enjoy an ephemeral moment of joy, it is gone.  That moment will never be retrieved.  Savouring joy is not doing less or avoiding tough situations.  Joy shows up when we are living a life that is focused on raising the bar and raising other people’s lives.
